Ideally located at the foothills of The Dandenongs, The Ferntree Gully Motel is perfect for those wanting a break from city life and explore the many hidden treasures in the Dandenong Ranges. The famous 1000 Steps is just a 3 minute drive up the road with picnic grounds and numerous walking tracks. Also nearby is the iconic Puffing Billy train.

The three and a half star (self rated) Motel offers comfortable rooms at affordable rates, and friendly personalised service. There are 34 standard rooms available, with inclusions such as Netflix compatible TVs, bar fridge, air conditioning, ensuite and tea and coffee making facilities. Guests can also enjoy free WIFI available in room.


The hotel offers a chance to relax after a big day of exploring with a Sports Bar and Dining area. The Bistro meals are available for lunch and dinner 7 days a week in the main building of the hotel. Guests receive a 10% discount on main meals in the Bistro.
